A balloon, floating lightly above the ground, moves along the direction of the wind. The balloon drifts to wherever the wind blows, reaching out to everything it encounters. The moment the balloon and the wind meet, that place becomes a ballroom where their movements intersect. A dance takes place and is created as the balloon and the wind begin to move together.

影片为庆祝哥斯拉诞生70周年的纪念作品，也是东宝第30部哥斯拉大作。故事设定在二战后的日本，哥斯拉的出现仿佛要给已经变得一无所有（归0）的日本再添一击，将这个国家打到负值（负1.0）。

In the course of the summer, Tommie looks for a work as a house boy at various inns, works several jobs, benefits from the kindness of a stranger, and gets involved with a series of men. Is it all worth it?
